As a part of charitable activities, the Secretary of Life Care Educational Welfare
Society distribute Blankets to the poor & helpless people sleeping on roadsides
and outside railway stations of Lucknow and Maudaha (Hamirpur).
Every year, during the season of shivering cold in the months of December & January,
the volunteers of Life Care Educational Welfare Society along with some local residents
visit in search of the poor people on the coldest night from midnight till 3.00
am. The areas covered by the volunteers are Ameenabad, Nishatganj, Railway station
Bus Stand etc.
The team fined numerous people who sleep in the open sky shivering in cold who do
not even have enough clothes to cover their body. The volunteers distribute the
blankets to such people. Even the Small India Software Technology team also helps
volunteers to find more and more helpless people. The team of volunteers also distributes
blankets to the poor people and kids residing in slums.
This year, Life Care & Small India team donates more than 500 blankets to the needy
people. The local residents and shops also come up with open hands to support this
noble move.
